50 States Reach Mortgage Servicing Agreement with Banks

Forty-nine State AGs announced that they have reached a $25 billion agreement with the nation’s five largest mortgage servicers over allegations that the banks engaged in misconduct in their mortgage servicing and foreclosure practices.
